Let’s create a new Department!

1. Click “Create New Department”.

2. Give the Department a name and begin to enable permissions. When you are done, click “Create Department” at the bottom of your screen.

3. Let’s add someone to this Department by selecting an individual user. You can add someone with thier Roblox username by cliking on “Users”. Then, type their Roblox username in the search bar and click “Add User”.

4. Let’s add someone to this Department by selecting a Roblox Group rank. This will put all users in this rank under the Department. Click “Add Role” when you find the rank you desire to add.

Department Permissions

• Post to Workspace Feed allows users to post onto the Workspace feed.
• Post to Department Feed allows users to post onto the Department’s feed within the Workspace.

• Allow user to view other users activity - well, this will allow the ability to view activity for all users.
• Allow user to create inactivity requests will allow users to create requests for inactivity.
• Automatically approve inactivity requests will skip the approval process. This user’s inactivity requests will be approved automatically and will skip other users.
• Allow user to approve/deny/delete other users inactivity requests will grant permissions to grant inactivity requests.
• Allow user to rank other users below their rank allows users to rank others from ReAdmin.
• `Give user admin to view privledged notes, and add/subtract manual time’ will allow users to change anothers activity and notes for the Workspace.

• Allow user to read, create, and delete write ups - this seems straight forward. Let us know if it is not!
• Allow user to read, create, and delete suspensions- this seems straight forward. Let us know if it is not!
• Allow user to read, create, and delete terminations - this seems straight forward. Let us know if it is not!

• Allow user to view reports for other users - this seems straight forward. Let us know if it is not!
• Allow user to download reports allows users to download reports for only a user. Not everyone in the Workspace.

• Allow user to view running games allows users to see games with the ReAdmin loader. This allows them to see active players and their profile.
• Allow user to manage bans for all games - this seems straight forward. Let us know if it is not!
• Allow user to perform commands, view logs, and real-time actions to games. - this seems straight forward. Let us know if it is not!

• Allow user to view and claim positions for sessions - this seems straight forward. Let us know if it is not!
• Allow user to manage templates and roles allows users to change session templates and their respective roles.

• Allow user to view applications - this seems straight forward. Let us know if it is not!
• Allow user to read applications (comment, pass/fail.etc) - this seems straight forward. Let us know if it is not!
• Allow user to edit application forms will allow users to change application names, questions and settings.

• Allow user to assign tasks to users or departments - this seems straight forward. Let us know if it is not!

• Make user a admin of entire workspace (overrides all permissions). Be careful with this permission.
