Collections

Your hub home displays all of the collections you are allowed to see which are locked to departments, these act as folders of URLs. You can see a preview of each URL before clicking them. All opens are tracked for auditing by staff.

Settings

Here you can create collections, you have to make a collection to lock information down to certain departments. You can then create resources (links) for users to be able to access.

Opens

On the opens page you can see a history of who has opened resources, and when they did it.
