Distributions are the timecards of your workspace. They define the periods activity is measured against — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — so you can hold staff to fair, repeating activity windows while keeping a permanent record for yearly summaries. Paid workspaces get hands-off automated resets, and an optional Discord summary goes out every time a distribution closes. Teams can create separate activity tracking by each week, every two weeks or Monthly. By default, ReAdmin allows workspaces to manually start and end a distribution. **This will reset all users activity time!** This feature is used like a timecard system but stores data for yearly summaries also. To distribute time manually, click the "Distribute Manually" button on the right! **Paid Workspaces are given the option for automated distributions.** From the day the Workspace saves the distribution setting, the distributions will reset by the selected frequency at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. Workspaces can also enable Discord notifications for when ReAdmin distributions start all over. The user will be given a summary of their activity collected by ReAdmin for record.
