# Time Off

> Create, review, approve, and track inactivity requests.

Time Off is the streamlined way to manage inactivity windows across your whole
team. Members request the time they need, managers approve or decline in a click
with an optional reason, and ReAdmin keeps an accurate record — so nobody's
activity is unfairly counted while they're away.

## What users can do

* Request time off with reason, start date, and end date.
* Search requests by username.
* Review request status and history.

## What managers can do

* Approve or decline pending requests.
* Add a decline reason visible to the requester.
* Delete requests when needed.
* Create requests for other users (permission-based).
