# Orders (Limited Release)

> Tracking the amount of orders your staff is handling is a critical metric for any group. This app allows you to track the number of orders your staff is handling and the amount of time it takes to complete them.

Using our new [order module](/api-reference/endpoint/orders/ordering-module), and [ordering APIs](/api-reference/endpoint/orders/create-order) to create orders, we can now track the amount of orders your staff is handling.

For order-driven groups — cafes, restaurants, retail — throughput is everything.
Orders gives you a complete, audited view of every order from the moment it's
placed to the moment it's delivered: who placed it, who claimed it, who prepared
it, and how long each step took. It's the productivity metric your operation has
been missing.

You can filter through orders to see who placed, claimed, prepared, and finished the order. Tracking it through its entire life-cycle.

You can break down an order by clicking into it to see it's entire audit log.
