In-Game Support puts a sleek, modern support desk right inside your experience. Players open a panel to request help or report a rule-breaker, then chat with your team live without ever leaving the game — no Discord ticket bot, no context switching. It looks great on every device, from phones to consoles. Tickets raised in-game flow straight into [Calls](/features/calls), the live queue your staff work from the dashboard, so the web side and the in-game side stay perfectly in sync.
